Wes “Dahmer” Sharp
Originally from South Carolina, has traveled the world as a Marine F/A-18 Fighter Pilot, International Commercial Airline Pilot and Motivational Speaker.

Wes currently serves our country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Reserve. His duties include Director of Safety for a Marine Air Wing and Culture Workshop Facilitator for the Naval Safety Center where he travels the world assessing the culture of Navy and Marine Corps units.
Wes has over 20 years experience at all levels of Safety and Operational Risk Management. He gained much of his experience as combat mission commander and leader of a squadron of Marines who achieved over 80,000 accident free flight hours in F/A-18s and were the recipients of 8 consecutive Chief of Naval Operations Safety Awards.
He also takes hundreds of lives into his hands as an International Commercial Airline Pilot. Not to mention, Wes has been called upon by some of the top law firms in the US to investigate and testify as an expert witness in the field of aviation.
