Wes “Dahmer” Sharp

Speaker & Facilitator

Wes “Dahmer” Sharp, originally a South Carolina boy, has traveled the world as a Marine, a pilot and a motivational speaker.

He serves our country as a Lieutenant Colonel and F/A-18 Fighter Pilot in the United States Marine Reserve. He also takes hundreds of lives into his hands as an International Commercial Airline Pilot.

He has been called upon by some of the top law firms in the US to testify as an expert witness in the field of aviation. Not to mention, he has helped shape the minds of young pilots as a safety instructor.

He has gained much of his experience as combat mission commander and leader of a squadron of Marines who have achieved over 80,000 accident free flight hours in F/A-18s and are the recipients of 8 consecutive Chief of Naval Operations Safety Awards, experts in Operational Risk Management.

Wes “Dahmer” Sharp joined the Target Leadership team to help people realize the dangers complacency in the workplace, as well as the toll that stress can take when you are under pressure to perform.
